1964 AUSTIN MINI TRAVELLER LHD

The vendor has owned this left-hand drive 848cc Mini Traveller, christened Betty, for 16 years and recently had it recommissioned after many years in storage. He reports it as a solid vehicle that drives very well. The car was originally went to Majorca when new in 1964 and only returned to the UK in 1999, being registered here in July of that year. Since then, it has only had two registered UK keepers, and is thought to have only had one owner in Majorca. The odometer shows 36,762 miles, believed genuine. As an historic vehicle, the Mini no longer requires annual MoT-testing; its last dates from July 2005 at 36,610 miles. Documentation accompanying the vehicle includes the V5C, MoT certificates from 2000 to 2005, the original order form as well as the 1964 payment receipt (for £496 plus £16 for the addition of a sunroof), original log book and owner's handbook. There's also a spare set of keys as well.
