Registered in June 2023, this Lotus Elan SE Turbo has been owned by the vendor for the past 6.5 years, and was with the owner before that for 12 years. Recent work done includes the cambelt replaced 4000 miles ago, the wheels refurbished by Lotus main dealer Stratton Motor Company, a new alarm/immobiliser fitted in 2021 with remote central locking, new alternator fitted in 2020, and upgraded front brake callipers, discs and front and rear brake pads in 2019. The car is number 39 of 100 built to this spec (same colour and trim, without air conditioning). The car comes with its V5C, a certificate of provenance from Lotus and a large stack of invoices from throughout the car's life. There are MoT certificates from 1996 to 1999, 2002 to 2008, 2010 to 2011, 2013 to 2017, 2019 to 2020 and 2022 to 2023. The odometer records 142,280 miles and the MoT is valid until June 2023.
