1987 FORD SIERRA 2.8 XR 4X4I

This 2792cc four-wheel drive Sierra 2.8 XR 4x4 was registered in October 1987 and since then has had just three registered keepers overall (the car was originally a husband's company car, then put into the son's name and then the wife's name). Its odometer shows 99,567 miles and it has an MoT through to the end of October 2024. The vendor reports that the car runs well, with the engine having just had a partial rebuild and new head gasket in October 2023, at a cost of £1590. Before then, the Sierra spent approximately three years in storage. Documentation with the car includes the V5C, invoice for the engine work, some earlier bills back to the 1990s, MoT certificates, audio instructions and the service book, which is stamped up to 47,273 miles in September 1997.
