1980 TALBOT SUNBEAM LOTUS

This Lotus-developed performance version of the Talbot Sunbeam has been off the road since 1994, but does now run and drive; however, it requires restoration. It has had five registered keepers; the last intended to rally the car and did some work (such as painting the underbonnet area white) but never finished the project. We're told by the vendor that the 2172cc 150bhp engine has excellent compression and oil pressure, while the vehicle itself is ‘all amazingly original’. The car was registered in August 1980 and shows 50,727 miles on its odometer. It comes with its V5C, original VIN plate and a selection of spares in the back of the vehicle.
