Horizons - either in original Chrysler or later Talbot form, as here - are rare these days, with the representative club knowing of about 60 now left on the road. The vendor informs us that this 1984 1.5 LS automatic, with 1442cc engine, is ‘in excellent condition for its age and has been well looked after’. The odometer shows 32,944 miles, which is believed genuine, as the car was unused for around 15 years, and the Talbot is MoT'd until August 2023. Five registered owners in total are noted on the V5C. The car was originally used by Talbot as a test-bed for power steering, so has it fitted - something that wasn't an option on other LS variants.

The history folder includes the V5C, Haynes workshop manual, and some sales brochures, a magazine feature and even a copy of the programme from the Peugeot Talbot Games at Crystal Palace in July 1984! There are MoT certificates dating from 2006, 2008, 2009, 2021 and 2022 plus the owner's handbook and service book, which is stamped up to 3391 miles in April 1988.
