1976 ALFA ROMEO ALFETTA GTV

Registered in October 1976, this 1962cc Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV has been a race car for many years. It carried a variety of different liveries before its black Napolina sponsor livery was settled on and, like many racers, has also been re-shelled. It retains its full racing spec, with a stripped-out interior, and took part in the 72nd Goodwood Members' Meeting, participating in the Gerry Marshall trophy. The Alfa's last MoT expired in July 2013; however, as an historic vehicle, the GTV no longer requires annual testing. The odometer shows 93,579 miles. The DVLA's records show the car as green, its original colour, so this will need to be amended. According to the vendor, this is ‘a well-campaigned car with a huge history file'. This includes photos of the car in racing action, motorsport documentation, assorted MoT certificates, old tax discs, letters and other assorted documentation helping to comprehensively chronicle the career of this racing Alfa. It has been confirmed to ACA that this Alfa is eligable for the HRDC Jerry Marshall Series in the Willhire Class for Production Touring Cars.
