1996 ASTON MARTIN VIRAGE VOLANTE WIDE BODY AUTO

As its name suggests, the ‘Wide Body’ Aston Martin Virage gave the model a little more bulk, with more generous wheel arches, sills and air dams. While only 26 factory-built Wide Body cars were produced, others subsequently received conversion work. It's believed that 244 Wide Body cars appeared overall. This 5340cc example was registered in August 1996 and is a low mileage example with 39,179 miles showing on its odometer. The vendor describes it as ‘super rare and well-maintained, in a great colour combination for a true British legend’ in green with cream leather interior. The car is in overall very good condition, with a clean, tidy and well-preserved interior and the hood in excellent order. The car's well-organised history folder includes the current and past V5Cs (showing five former registered keepers), MoT certificates from 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and a print-out of the online MoT history. The car has recently been given a fresh MoT, which is valid until December 2024. There are invoices for work from 2021 back to 2008, including a bill for £6680 from July 2019 for what looks like recommissioning work, including attention to the brakes and cooling system at 39,052 miles, plus Tracker information. In addition, there are spare keys, tonneau cover, charger and tools.
