3520cc diesel, manual. This mighty Commer QX Maxiload recovery lorry is powered by the famous TS3 two-stroke supercharged diesel engine, and has been family-owned since 1971.
It was re-registered in 2011 after a three-year restoration, and the vendor tells us it "drives as it should." The winch on the back is a Holmes WWII-era item, as used by the American Army. The only paperwork we have is current V5C, which indicates no former keepers since 2011, and the registration number is non-transferable.
Proper workhorse, with bags of historic character!
