1969 WOLSELEY 1300

1275cc, manual. Finished in Glacier White, this Wolseley 1300 Mk2 is in pleasingly presentable overall condition, with a smart black interior featuring a wooden dash. We are told it was originally automatic but was converted to manual by a previous owner. The odometer reading of 45,759 miles appears to be supported by the MoT history, which includes a nice collection of certificates going back to 1989. 

The vendor acquired the car a couple of years ago and tells us that in 2023 it received new front discs and pads, rear brake shoes, brake pipes, slave cylinders and new tyres, and an oil & filter change was carried out this year. He drove it 70 miles to our premises, including 2 hours stuck in traffic, without experiencing any issues, and reports that it "drives and steers well, and cruises from 30 mph in top gear." The last few MoT inspections were all passed without advisories, and although the latest expired in 2016, as a historic vehicle it is now exempt from testing requirements.

In addition to the MoT certificates, the Wolseley is supplied with a spare set of keys, handbook, current V5C, and a few parts receipts from the last few years.
