LOT 103 Vendor owned since 1982. In 1989/90 a £10k nut and bolt restoration was carried out by William Galliers Motors in Shropshire. Invoices and photographic record of restoration are present. 87k miles. Only 3000 miles have been covered since the restoration. Subsequently displayed at the 1991 NEC Classic Car Show and 1st prize winner in both 1991 and 1992 in the Classic Z Register's annual "Best Z" competition. Stored for the past 10 years in a carpeted and de-humidified garage, the car has recently been brought back to full road use at a cost of £2477 by Roman Garage, Grantham. LOT 89 Believed to have been the 1993 Earls Court Motorshow car. Then passed to the engineering department at Newport Pagnell for the development of the new V8 coupe engine meaning that this car has basically the same engine as the Vantage but without the supercharges. Displaying 18000 miles , the car had a speedo change at 3500 miles whilst still with Aston Martin giving a total of approx. 21500 miles with service history. 3 owners including Aston Martin Lagonda LTD. LOT 113 UAH 861G was originally the property of Fred Bushell, the then Chief Executive of Lotus Cars, who had received the car as a gift from Ford of Great Britain. The car was regularly used by Mr Bushell before being passed on to his wife who used it as daily transport for some years. Subsequently used in the TV programme "The Grimleys".

The vendor warrants the mileage of just over 47000 and the car comes with a box folder of expired MOT certificates, invoices and a letter from the Lotus Cortina register confirming its history. MOT'd June 2012. Taxed May 2012.

LOT 101 Purchased by the vendor in 1975, the car was used as daily transport until 1990 when a growing family dictated the need for a more spacious form of transport. Then used sparingly as a high days and holidays car until being carefully placed in storage from 1996 until 2005 when a full coachwork restoration and sympathetic mechanical overhaul were undertaken by Tim Kelly. Since then the car has covered less than 200 miles and due to this, along with a relocation to an unfavourable climate, the vendor has reluctantly decided to sell. The car remains in superb condition throughout and along with an excess of £12,000 of restoration bills from Tim Kelly there is also an A4 folder of service bills and invoices which include the bill for the first service carried out on behalf of the vendor in 1975 at a cost of £10 and the latest invoice costing £1,250 for the reconditioning of the gearbox!
