1979 VAUXHALL CHEVETTE 1.3L

This 1256cc Vauxhall Chevette L would benefit from light recommissioning; the vendor reports that  the gearbox, axle and engine are all good with the car stopping, starting and driving well. However, there is a blow from the new exhaust on one of the joints. The Chevette was registered in September 1979 and has five keepers showing on its V5C. The odometer shows 61,567 miles and there's no record of an MoT as far back as 2005, when online MoT records began. As an historic vehicle, the Chevette will now be MoT-exempt although its tax class will need amending with the DVLA. Paperwork accompanying the Vauxhall includes the V5C, a few older bills, the owner's manual and service book with entries up to 30,608 miles in October 1987.
