1983 VW GOLF 1.8 GTI MKI

1,780cc. This rare VW Golf GTi MK I has been subject to much expenditure over the years. It was subject to a colour change in 1985 from blue to its current green, is fitted with the original striped fabric interior and has a factory fitted sunroof. More recent works include some welding and paintwork in October 2022 costing £1,750 and the removal and refitting of the windscreen plus repair in September 2022 costing £750. Earlier in 2022 it was subject to £2,500 expenses including belts, brakes, fluids, filters and alternator.

It comes complete with V5, various receipts dating between 2005 and 2023, MoTs, tax discs, handbook, wallet and spare keys. The mileage is recorded at 152,934.
