1969 VOLVO AMAZON 122S COUPE 

This 1969 two-door 1798cc Volvo 122S was purchased in South Africa from an enthusiast, being registered in the UK in May 2022. The vendor tells us that the car has 'amazingly clean bodywork and underside' and is 'very original and drives spot on. It starts and stops as it should'. We're also told that a new battery and front brake hoses and been fitted, and all universal joints renewed on the propshaft. The car comes with two sets of keys.  The odometer reading shows 47,013 miles, although this isn't warranted. As an historic vehicle, the Volvo is now free from MoT testing. The paperwork folder includes the V5C, registration and import documentation, South Africa registration certificate and recent British bills for the battery, brake hoses and universal joints. There's also the Volvo 120 workshop manual.
