1989 VOLKSWAGEN GOLF 1.8 GTI

Fitted with Volkswagen's eight-valve 1781cc engine, this is an all-original Tornado Red Golf GTI, bought new by the vendor's firm in August 1989, and then used by him and subsequently bought from the company in September 1997. The interior is in very good condition, while the vendor tells us that the underside is very clean with rust or welding. The Golf has a factory-fitted sunroof and a security advice, and will also come with four spare wheels. The odometer shows 134,124 miles, which can be largely confirmed by the history and the online MoT history. The MoT is valid until July 2023, with no advisories. The history folder includes the current and past V5C and the book pack with owner's manual, dealership directory and service book, which is stamped up to 128,840 miles in February 2002. There are also also various maintenance and servicing invoices plus MoT certificates from 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2022. A spare key and immobiliser fob is also supplied with the VW.
